Firefighters and Paramedics Claim Hearing Loss from Sirens

Federal Signal, the world’s largest producer of fire and ambulance sirens, is the target of more than 1,000 lawsuits across the United States by fire fighters and paramedics who claim to have suffered hearing loss due to the excessive loudness of the sirens.

Plaintiffs allege that Federal Signal’s sirens were improperly placed on vehicle rigs and at the wrong frequency, which made them more subsceptible to hearing loss, and that adequate warnings were not provided.

If you believe that you or a loved one might have suffered hearing loss due to sirens that were excessively loud or improperly placed, contact the experienced personal injury attorneys at Carr & Carr today for a free, no-obligation consultation.  For more than 36 years, we have been helping victims of negligence and injury obtain the compensation they deserve.
