Carr & Carr

The firm began in 1973 when Eugene Carr and his son, Patrick E. Carr, formed their law firm and dedicated their professional lives to using the law to help people. Today, Carr & Carr is a firm of twelve attorneys and about thirty five support staff. Our offices are located in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Fort Smith and Lowell, Arkansas.

We have fought for our clients in courts throughout Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Texas and other states. We have successfully represented people who have suffered a wide range of injuries including catastrophic brain and spinal injuries. These injuries occurred in automobile collisions, railroad accidents, oil field blowouts, plane crashes, defective medical devices, and slip and falls, to name a few. We have also successfully represented our clients in a wide variety of insurance claims.
