Litigation Paralegal Qualifications
1. Ten+ years heavy litigation experience required
2. Computer Literate – must be willing to learn new programs
- Case Management System – Prolaw

Excel - Typing & Transcription
3. This job is highly technical and requires a thorough grasp of the following:
- reading, categorizing and summarizing medical records;
- organizational skills in all aspects and ability to prioritize your work load ;
- Excellent command of English language and grammar – editing and proofreading skills a must;
- Grasp of Spanish language a plus (but not required);
- People skills – ability to deal with difficult clients, attorneys, and others – develop a thick skin and ‘don’t let the little things bother you."
- Be willing to take the initiative when appropriate.
4. Ability to travel out of state for trial and depositions when required
5. Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends as needed – can be spur of the moment.
