Defective Fire Extinguishers Recalled

Almost 38 million fire extinguishers have been recalled for not working. Unfortunately, the defective fire extinguishers resulted in one fatality and numerous injuries.  The fire extinguishers in question were manufactured by Kidde and were recalled because they do not activate, primarily due to the nozzle detaching.
