Aimee Allison who joined the firm in 2000 is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Carr & Carr Injury Attorneys. After earning a master’s degree in professional counseling, she applied industrial and organizational psychology principles to law firm management. By combining behavioral science with business analytics, she dedicates her time to improving the firm’s operational infrastructure and workflow efficiencies to enable attorneys and staff to perform at their best. She is devoted to optimizing the client’s experience and outcome.
In her personal time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and their six children. She is passionate about creating opportunities for the underserved and advocates for women as well as promotes well-being through fitness and maintaining a healthy work life balance.
