Official Rules: 2025 Tulsa State Fair Ticket Giveaway
1. SPONSORSHIP
The 2025 Tulsa State Fair Ticket Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Carr & Carr Injury Attorneys, 4416 S. Harvard Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74135 (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the operator of all affiliates of Tulsa County Public Facilities Authority (“TCPFA”) – Tulsa State Fair, Meta, Facebook, or Instagram and any and all liability associated with this Giveaway.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Oklahoma who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household of such employees, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Void where prohibited by law.
3. TIMING
The Giveaway begins on September 5, 2025, at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on September 17, 2025, at 7 PM CT (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
4. HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
There are two ways to enter:
Facebook Entry Method:
- Visit the Sponsor’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/carrandcarr.
- Locate the Giveaway post pinned to the top of the page
- Comment on the post with your favorite Tulsa State Fair memory
- Follow the Sponsor’s Facebook page
Instagram Entry Method:
- Visit the Sponsor’s Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/carrcarrattorneys/
- Locate the Giveaway post
- Follow the Sponsor’s Instagram account
- Like the Giveaway post
- Tag one (1) friend in the comments section who you would take to the Fair
Alternative Method of Entry:
To enter without using Facebook or Instagram, include your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a piece of paper and mail your entry to Carr & Carr Injury Attorneys, Attn: Marketing 2025 Tulsa State Fair Ticket Giveaway, 4416 S. Harvard Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74135.
Limit one (1) entry per person per entry method for a maximum of three (3) entries per person during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries from the same person via the same method will be disqualified. Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
5. PRIZE DETAILS
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) four-pack of tickets to the 2025 Tulsa State Fair, scheduled to take place from September 25, 2025, through October 5, 2025, at 4145 East 21st Street, Tulsa, OK 74114. Each four-pack of tickets has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $40.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $120.00.
Tickets are valid for general admission only and do not include parking, food, beverages, midway rides, or special events that require separate admission. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about September 17, 2025, three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified via the social media platform used to enter (either by direct message on Facebook or Instagram) or by email (for alternative method entries) within three (3) business days of the drawing. Each potential winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANTS
By entering the Giveaway, you grant Sponsor and its licensees, successors, and assigns a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display your entry, in whole or in part, and your name, likeness, photograph, and/or statements regarding the Giveaway for purposes of promoting the Giveaway or for any other promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without compensation, notification, or permission from you or any third party.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMERS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in a disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, all affiliates of Tulsa County Public Facilities Authority (“TCPFA”) – Tulsa State Fair, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway.
