Billy Duncan was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He graduated valedictorian from Nathan Hale High School in 2007 and attended the University of Tulsa on a full academic scholarship. He graduated with his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in 2011.
He attended the University of Tulsa again to earn his law degree and graduated in 2013. While attending Law School, he served as the vice president and a delegate of the Student Bar Association, Director of the Board of Advocates, President of the Military Law Society, and Social Chair of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Society.
Billy has practiced in a wide array of legal fields from family law to tax, giving him a unique perspective to his representation of clients. Out of the office, he is active in the Tulsa County Bar Association and has served as the Chairman of the Board of the Young Lawyers Division. He spends the majority of his free time with his wife, Amanda, and his two daughters, Presley and Zoey.
