Blake Beeler was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He graduated from Casady School in 1994. Blake graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in history in 1998. He then attended the University of Oklahoma College of law graduating in 2002. While attending the University of Oklahoma College of Law he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Legal Research and Writing.
Blake has practiced in the areas of insurance defense, criminal defense, and personal injury. In 2009, he shifted his practice 100% to representing persons injured by the negligence of others. Working out of our Oklahoma City office, Blake has handled cases from minor injuries to wrongful death cases. He believes that a lawyer has a simple duty and that is to serve as the voice of others to help them receive compensation and justice that they are due under the civil justice system.
Blake is admitted to practice in all Federal Courts in Oklahoma, including the Western and Northern District Bankruptcy courts, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and all courts in Oklahoma. Blake has also worked cases in Mississippi and California. In 2022, Blake was chosen by his peers as the Top Personal Injury Attorney in 405 Magazine.
When Blake is not practicing law, he loves spending time with his wife Erin and his son James. Blake is active in the National Sporting Clays Association and can be found most weekends participating in Sporting Clays tournaments or at Sporting Clays courses throughout the state.
