Carr & Carr Attorneys at Law is pleased to announce the winners of the fifteen Carr & Carr College Scholarships.
The 2019 Carr & Carr College Scholarship recipient’s top 3 winners each receive $1,000 to be applied and used exclusively towards their college tuition. This year Carr & Carr Attorneys is also awarding the additional 12 applicants with $500 each.
This year our law firm awarded $9,000 in college scholarships to 15 exceptional high school seniors. This scholarship is intended to assist in the encouragement of furthering a student’s education who may not otherwise find it attainable. A recommendation of a teacher or counselor who is aware of the student’s need for assistance is required.
The winners conveyed their commitment to their future, academics and leadership in their communities. Each student was required to submit an essay describing a challenging experience from their own lives which they have overcome and how that has influenced their development and prepared them for success in the future.
